Tiny Treasures Academy provides education and care for children between 0 and 12 years of age. We offer all-inclusive extracurricular activities, language, movement, and music programs. We provide delicious meals on-site with fresh local ingredients. We implement bush Kindy, support school transitions, visit our local Library, and more.

Founder

Sophia Huang, the founder of Tiny Treasures Academy, is a highly accomplished and passionate educator with an extensive career spanning nearly three decades. Holding a PhD in Ecology, Sophia taught at the university level for most of her professional life, where she worked closely with young people and cultivated a deep appreciation for education.
In 2018, Sophia discovered her true calling in early childhood education, a field she found both inspiring and fulfilling. Motivated by her passion, she embarked on a new learning journey, earning a diploma in early childhood education in 2019 and gaining hands-on experience working in early learning centres. Her dedication to professional growth led her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, which she is now close to completing.

Sophia’s multicultural background and exceptional career achievements reflect her commitment to fostering enriching, inclusive, and play-based learning environments. As the visionary leader of Tiny Treasures Academy, she brings unparalleled expertise and a profound love for shaping young minds, ensuring every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.

Our family has been with Tiny Treasures Academy for over 3 years now. Our oldest son started in the Nursery Room and now in Senior Kindy, our youngest son started in the Nursery Room and is now in the Toddler Room. Both attend 4 days a week.
 
Classes are small which I feel leads to a wonderful bond between educators and children, and close friendships between the kids.
 
There are a number of excursions and inscursions exposing the children to a variety of different activities including Bush Kindy which our older son loves.
 
All we have to provide each week is a drink bottle and spare clothes making life so much easier for us. Food, nappies, sheets, etc are all included.
 
Tiny Treasurers Academy is full of wonderful educators who feel like an extension of family.
 
We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend touring the centre when looking for a new kindy.
